HOW TO SETUP FIELD MONITORING IN BUSINESS CENTRAL

 FIELD MONITORING 

You can now define a list of fields that contain high-risk and business-critical data that you want to be notified about when they are changed. 

FIELD MONITORING SETUP: 

Filed monitoring setup page you can set notification recipient when field value is changed.  

 

 

MONITORED FIELDS WORKSHEET: 

You can enter Monitored Fields Worksheet in tell me, and then choose the related link. 

 

 

 

 

Add tables and fields you want to monitor, and mark Notify as ‘Yes’. 

 

 

To add new filed click on ADD fields action on monitored field worksheet page. 

 

 

MONITOR FIELD LOG ENTRIES: 

You can view the log of Field Monitoring Setup and Monitoring Fields on Monitored Field Log Entries page.
